The Blue and Green buildings have many pleasant and rewarding memories for me... they both set the standard for the time in which they were built, and the trades had a new venue without peer...

Relevant Experience
Three years in direct sales experience on the floor with commission structure. Within this framework I also had the duties of designing: draperies, upholstery, carpet and tile installation. Furniture selection, fabric selection, placement, and special orders were where the most time was spent with clients.

20 years Design and Fabrication in Newport Beach California. Worked with Architects, General Contractors, Fabricators, and industry sales representatives. Clients included Santa Ana Country Club, McMillan Ring Free Oil Company, Residential, and Executive suites. Scale formatting, and working with blue prints are a part of my technical experience. Original Furniture and Carpet Design have been a source of special challenge. New construction to complete remodeling has given me experience with deadlines and time lines.
